All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday, and aim to dispatch your goods within 1 – 3 working days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. If any item you have ordered is out of stock or in production, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as we can and work out what is the best solution for you.
We accept online payments by credit and debit card, and cash payments in person at events. An external company called Paypal provides our secure online payment facilities. We never receive or see your card details and this also means that we can’t take any card payments over the phone.
Should you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, simply email or call us and we will be happy to oblige.
Prices on our website are exclusive of postage and packaging. Upon checkout, postage will be added. Our delivery prices for all online orders (regardless of cart value) are as follows:
