We’re celebrating One World Week 2015 with The fairandfunky Conference for Schools: Food for Thought. We’re delighted to welcome ‘Conference Partner’ Stafflex to the guest blog…..
“”The Conference will empower people to take their own little steps to change the world” … is a statement that is embedded in the fairandfunky letter appealing for a Conference Sponsorship.
At Stafflex we appreciate the responsibilities we all share in making an effort to improve the working environment for future generations. Whilst profitability within the business communities we serve is most often associated with pounds and pennies, we fully believe that being ‘profitable’ in business is about the legacy we leave behind and therefore we are delighted to have been asked to sponsor these highly innovative and hugely important conferences.
This sponsorship means a lot to us. It’s unique, targeted and helps to deliver a strong message not only to the schoolchildren attending the Conference, but hopefully to their parents, siblings and neighbours. We anticipate that the Stafflex brand will not only add value to the conference as trusted and respected sponsors, but we in turn stand to gain a great deal from the positive association we will achieve from being involved with the event.
Adding to our sponsorship of The Big Screen Weekends, various schools’ sports teams, numerous regional events such as the Emley Show and Ravensknowle Gala, and our new ‘Footgolf Charity Challenge Cup’, as well as our joint sponsorship of the Examiner Business of the Year Awards, the fairandfunky One World Week Conference for Schools offers us a new route to a different audience.
Stafflex is committed to continually improving our business practices, something recently acknowledged when achieving our Investors in People Accreditation for the fifth consecutive year. We celebrate those that go the extra mile in whatever capacity to ‘do the right thing’. Hosted at Holmfirth Methodist Church, supported by such worthy practitioners such as Stirley Farm, and Liberation Nuts as part of the ‘Food for Thought’ themed One World Week, we are thrilled to be amongst such leading lights in their fields and we look forward to learning from them as part of our engagement strategy with the event.
We are very confident that Helen and Sophie will deliver a massive event that will live on in the memories of all that experience it for many years to come. Bring it on ….”
Thank you to Nadio Granata, Head of Marketing at Stafflex Limited.
